Be sure to eat fruits and vegetables that contain vitamin A, C, and E. If you do not eat enough Vitamin A and the correct dosage for you - you will experience dry flaking skin. Vitamin C is also good for you because it helps with collagen production, healing and plumping up the volume of the skin. Vitamin E encourages circulation and builds radiance and protects from UV rays.

3) Drink plenty of water and hydrate from within. You should drink 8 glasses of water per day.

4) Exercise regularly. Not only will this keep your heart and muscles strong, but it helps the skin in the recovery process. Skin heals faster.

5) Moisturize your skin while it is damp. This will help seal in the benefits of the moisturizing cream you are using.

6) Add the necessary fats to your diet. Not all fats are created equally. Some fats are good for you. Good fats to consume: olive oil, avocados, oily fish, linseed, flaxseeds and nuts are some good fats to add to your diet.

7) Reduce the stress in your life. Stress takes its toll on your body and your skin. De-stress and you will feel better, your body will be healthier and your skin's aging process will slow down.

8) Quit smoking. Obviously. Smoking is one of the worst things you can do to your skin. It cuts down on oxygen and blood supply to the skin and causes wrinkles.

9) Get your beauty sleep. Lack of sleep will help age your skin. It also causes you to gain weight. For the best looking skin, get your zzzzzz's.
